A&T's Home Comfort Plan + A&T Comfort Points

Terms and Conditions

A&T's Home Comfort Plan is a preventative maintenance membership program offered by A&T Mechanical. Membership includes plan maintenance services and member benefits as described in A&T's current plan materials, plus eligibility to earn A&T Comfort Points, subject to the terms below.

1. Membership Pricing and Billing

Membership is $288 per year or $24 per month (plus applicable taxes if required). Membership remains active only while payments are current and successfully collected. Failed payments, reversed payments, chargebacks, or past-due balances may cause the membership to be considered not in good standing.

2. Maintenance Plan Services and Member Benefits

Included maintenance services and member benefits (such as maintenance visits, reduced or waived fees, priority scheduling, and member discounts) are provided according to A&T's current Home Comfort Plan details. Services and benefits may vary by plan level, equipment present, scheduling availability, and applicable conditions. Plan services do not include repairs, replacement parts, or services not expressly included in A&T's current plan description.

3. What A&T Comfort Points Are

A&T Comfort Points are a promotional credit earned through membership. Comfort Points are not cash, have no cash value, and are not redeemable for cash, refund, or payout. Comfort Points may only be applied toward qualifying A&T installation projects as described below.

4. When Comfort Points Become Available

Comfort Points are not available for redemption during the first 12 consecutive months of active membership.

5. How Comfort Points Accrue

After the initial 12-month period, Comfort Points accrue once per year at the membership anniversary or renewal date, based on membership fees successfully collected during the prior 12-month term, capped at 288 points per year.
