Home Comfort Plan, Quick Overview

A&T’s Home Comfort Plan is a maintenance membership that includes scheduled system checkups, priority service, and member discounts for $24 per month or $288 per year.

Members can also earn Comfort Points, a credit that can be applied toward qualifying system installations such as HVAC replacements, water heaters, generators, electrical upgrades, and similar major projects.

Points begin accumulating after the first 12 months of active membership, with up to 288 points per year. Each point equals $1 in installation credit, and points can cover up to 20% of the eligible installation cost.

Comfort Points have no cash value, apply only to qualifying installations, and remain valid while the membership stays active and in good standing.
